General Eye Care Appointment Information
- We offer a wide range of appointment times to accommodate our patients. Office Hours: Monday-Thursday 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., Fridays 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Morris Eye Group participates in many insurance plans including: PPOs, Medicare, Tri-Care and select HMOs. In addition to medical insurance we also take vision insurance including: VSP, Eyemed, Compbenefits, Medical Eye Services and Optum Health (previously called Spectera). When you call to make an appointment, please have your medical and vision insurance information available.
- We strive to make your visit as complete as possible. For new patient and return annual eye exams, we will offer you an appointment for the medical or vision eye exam as well as a concurrent appointment with one of our opticians.
- If you are coming for a comprehensive eye exam, plan for your visit to last 90 minutes.
- Bring your most current pair of eyeglasses and contact lens prescription with you to your annual eye exam.
- If you do not need an eye exam and are simply shopping for glasses, picking up your previously ordered glasses or contact lenses, or need an adjustment to your current glasses, we offer separate appointments with our opticians to eliminate wait time in obtaining that service.
